5. Reports/Presentations: a. Parks & Recreation Department Quarterly Report
6. Public Hearings: a. Continued hearing on proposed amendments to the text portions of the
Comprehensive Plan to update the Utilities Element (Stormwater Drainage)
by adopting the Meadowdale and Perrinville Creek drainage studies
completed this year. ( File No. CDC-98-1)
b. Continued hearings on proposed amendments to the land use map of the
Comprehensive Plan for the following areas: ( File No. CDC-98-1)
1) AREA 2 — Review and consideration of an amendment to the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation for properties within the
"Westgate Corridor." Specifically, the following:
a) Review and consideration of changing the current "Single -Family —
Small Lot" designation to the "Corridor Development — Planned
Business" designation for the properties located at 744, 745, 748,
and 749 151h Way; and 710 and 711 151h Street Southwest.
b) Review and consideration of changing the current "Corridor
Development — Planned Business" designation for the properties
located at 601 Edmonds Way and 560 Paradise Lane to a
"Multifamily - Medium Density Residential" land use designation.
c) Review and consideration of changing the current "Corridor
Development — Medium Density Residential' designation for the
properties located at 540, 550, 600, 606, and 612 Edmonds Way;
and 10826 Kulshan Road to "Single -Family" land use designation.
2) AREA 3 — Review and consideration of an amendment to the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use designation for properties located at the
northwest corner of the intersection of Edmonds Way and 951h Place
West (property lying east of the BP Gas Station, 9715 Edmonds Way to
95th Place West, including 9531, 9521 and 9515 Edmonds Way) from
"Single -Family — Small Lot" to either a "Corridor Development" or
"Multifamily - High Density" land use designation.
