6. Public Hearings: a. Continued public hearing from September 8, 1999
File No. CDC-97-125: Proposed amendments to the ECDC Chapter 20.60
pertaining to the regulation of "sandwich board signs." Options to be
considered include permitting sandwich boards as temporary signs, or using a
signage system in place of sandwich boards (i.e. not permitting them at all).
b. File No. CDC-99-1: Public hearing on proposed amendments to the Sanitary
Sewer Plan Elements of the Comprehensive Plan.
7. Unfinished Business: a. File No. CDC-97-123: Continued work session with City Attorney regarding
proposed amendments to the ECDC concerning "Community Facilities" as
referred by City Council.
b. Update by Arvilla Ohlde, Director of the Parks & Recreation Department on
the Mid -Waterfront walkway project.
8. New Business: a. Review and discussion of the ADB's review and comment on the consultant's
final report and recommendations regarding amendments to the ADB
process.
