approx. two (2) acres from RM-3 to RM-1.5. The subject rezone includes the
following properties: 533, 539, 551, 553, 558, 560, 561, 563, 565, 570, 572,
580, 582, 588 and 590 Elm Way; and 1122 6th Ave. S.
b. File No. R-99-149: Application by the Planning Division to rezone approx..85
acres from "Neighborhood Business — BN" to "Public — P" to implement the
land use amendment to the Comprehensive Plan adopted under File No.
CDC-98-1 and preserve the wetlands present on the site. The subject
property is located at 300 2nd Ave. S.
7. Unfinished Business: a. File No. CDC-97-123: Work session on school and park components of the
proposed Community Facilities amendments.
8. New Business: a. File No. CDC-00-4: Preview of proposed staff initiated amendment to ECDC
Chapter 20.15B pertaining to Critical Areas steep slope requirements.
9. Administrative Reports: a. Report from the City Attorney regarding board member responsibilities in the
event of a Planning Board member seeking public office
