Ohlde on Draft 2001 Comprehensive Park, Recreation
and Open Space Plan which includes two additional
elements: 1) the Cultural Arts Plan Update, and 2) the
Youth Assessment.
b. Presentation by Traffic Engineer Darrell Smith on a
proposed amendment to the Transportation Element of
the Comprehensive Plan to bring the City of Edmonds into
compliance with House Bill 1487. House Bill 1487
supplemented and clarified the Growth Management
Act (GMA) transportation comprehensive planning
requirements.
6. Public Hearings: a. FILE NO. R-01-94: Rezone application by Rob Michel for a
portion of the parking lot that fronts on Edmonds Way, just
east of the car wash at 9715 Edmonds Way, from RM1.5
(Multiple Residential) to BN (Neighborhood Business).
