Reports/Presentations: a. Presentation on draft Water Comprehensive Plan
Public Hearings: a. FILE NO. CDC-02-52: Public Hearing on proposed
amendments to Title 20 (chapters 20.10-20.14) of the
Edmonds Community Development Code in order to
establish a revised process and guidelines for
architectural design review. Under the new process,
"major" projects which require SEPA will require a
public workshop and findings by the Architectural
Design Board (ADB). All other design approvals will
be administrative decisions issued by city staff. There
will be no formal public hearing on design decisions
unless an appeal is filed.
The hearing will be in two parts:
1. Public hearing on the proposed design guidelines.
2. Public hearing on the proposed review process.
