6. Public Hearings: a. FILE NO. CDC-00-153/CDC-01-27: Public Hearing on
proposed amendments to Title 20 (Chapter 20.10 ECDC
and Chapter 20.60 ECDC). These amendments address
the thresholds and process for design review, and how
the new design guidelines being considered by the city
will be applied to development applications. In general,
the Architectural Design Board (ADB) will be responsible
for the review and approval of major projects while city
staff will approve minor projects, including signs.
7• Unfinished Business: a. Continued review of proposed code amendments
adopting new design guidelines. (Final review and
formulation of recommendation to City Council.)
