6. Public Hearings/Public a. FILE NO. CDC-2000-132: Requesting public input on the
Input: City's Planned Residential Development (PRD) regulations,
contained in Chapter 20.35 of the ECDC. The Board is
reviewing the PRD regulations for possible amendments
which could be considered at a future public hearing.
b. FILE NO. CDC-2002-149: Amendment to Chapter 20.60 of
the Edmonds Community Development Code, adopting
a new definition and regulations for construction signs.
c. FILE NO. CDC-2002-55: Requesting public input on the
city's review of Buildable Lands information pertaining to
future development capacity within Edmonds. This
information could have implications for future
development trends and city regulations regarding
development, as well as the setting of urban growth
boundaries elsewhere in Snohomish County. The formal
Buildable Lands report is being drafted by Snohomish
County, in cooperation with cities, for presentation to
Snohomish County Tomorrow and the State of Washington
as part of the state -mandated reporting of Buildable
Lands information under RCW 36.70A.215.
