What are the significant issues on the horizon for City in the next 12 to 24 months? How might these issues impact the Planning Board's agenda? 1. Comprehensive Plan update — state mandate • Review of plan vision, goals and policies; population and employment targets; plan map and zoning issues • Critical Areas regulations evaluated for "best available science" • Buildable Lands and "Reasonable Measures" 2. Development Code re -write • Process and procedures (Title 20 ECDC) • Nonconforming regulations (Chapter 17.50 ECDC) III.
