(Public participation is welcome) concerning amateur radio antennas. The proposal
would revise ECDC Chapter 16 to clarify how amateur
radio antennas are regulated & set standards and
thresholds for their review and permitting.
b. FILE NO. CDC-03-1: Public hearing on proposed
amendments to ECDC Chapter 21.40.020 & 17.30.000
regarding the regulation of hedges. The proposed
amendments would cause the city to cease to regulate
hedges due to practical & financial constraints.
7. Unfinished Business: a. None

8. New Business: a. Comprehensive Plan amendments for 2003; focus on
(No public participation) (1) translating general "bubble" map to parcel -specific
land use designations and (2) review of growth targets
