(Public participation is welcome) amendments to the ECDC making the decisions of the
Hearing Examiner on permit applications final with
appeal to Superior Court, and clarifying the rules for
reconsideration of Hearing Examiner decisions.
7. Unfinished Business: a. FILE NO. CDC-03-1: Continued discussion on proposed
(No public participation) amendments to ECDC Chapter 21.40.020 & 17.30.000
regarding the regulation of hedges. The proposed
amendments would cause the city to cease to regulate
hedges due to practical & financial constraints.
