Unfinished Business: a. FILE NO. CDC-03-60: Continued deliberation on
(No public participation) amendments to the Edmonds Community
Development Code making the decision of the
Hearing Examiner on permit applications final, and
clarifying the rules for reconsideration of Hearing
Examiner decisions. Under this proposal, the only
appeal of Hearing Examiner decisions would be to
Superior Court; there would be no appeal to the City
Council. This session will be a workshop with a
representative from Washington Cities Insurance
Authority (WCIA) on this subject. This is a Board work
session: no public testimony will be taken.
