Hearing Examiner on permit applications final with
appeal to Superior Court, and clarifying the rules for
reconsideration of Hearing Examiner decisions. (This is a
work session reviewing and categorizing various permit
decisions by type and decision -maker intended to
provide input to future code amendment drafts.)
b. FILE NO. CDC-03-7: Review and discussion of
Comprehensive Plan amendments for 2003 with a focus
on:
(a) translating general "bubble" map to parcel -
specific land use designations, and
(b) review of growth targets and policy alternatives.
