R-02-233 & CDC-02-232: Change in plan designation to "Multi Family - Medium Density" and accompanying rezone from RS-8 to RM-3 (Multiple Family Residential) for properties located on 2315t PL SW and along the east side of 97th Ave W south of Edmonds Way. c. FILE NO. R-03-73: Clarification of plan designation boundary as "Community Commercial" and consideration of accompanying rezone from RS-8 and RM-2.4 to BN (Neighborhood Business) for properties located at 23114-23124 100th Ave W, and including the eastern half of the property at 23121 102nd PL W. 2. Continued Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan translating the existing land use maps from generalized designation areas to specific, parcel -based land use designations.
