(Public participation is welcome) request by Warren LaFon to rezone the property at 546
Paradise Lane from single family residential (RS-6) to
multi -family residential (RM-2.4). (CONT. TILL 6/9/04)
b. FILE NO. CDC-04-39: Public hearing on proposed
amendment to Chap. 17.40.020 allowing buildings on the
Edmonds Register of Historic Places to qualify as historic
buildings for restoration under the city's nonconforming
rules.
7. Unfinished Business: a. Update on issues and background information on the

Critical Areas regulations (State mandate). The focus of
this meeting will be reviewing materials for the May
public open house, including background on the
critical areas update and summary information on the
city's updates of the Downtown Plan and HWY 99 Task
Force Study.
