Plan text changes, including updates to land use
descriptions, policies addressing essential public
facilities and housing, an updated comprehensive plan
map, and updates to factual information (population,
land use, buildable lands capacity) referenced in the
plan. The final draft document also incorporates
material from previous hearings on the updates to the
Highway 99 and Downtown Plans.
