b. FILE NO. CDC-05-28: Public Hearing on The City of
Edmonds Capital Improvement Plan (C.I.P.) Update for
2005-2010.
c. FILE NO. CDC-05-33: Public Hearing to amend Chapter
16.20 of the Edmonds Community Development Code
(ECDC) adding a new RS-10 (Single Family Residential -
10,000 sq.ft. minimum lot size) zoning classification and a
new RS-MP (Single Family Master Plan) zoning
classification.
d. FILE NO. R-05-34: Public Hearing to consider changes in
zoning for the following properties:
• An RS-12 zoned area northwest of Sherwood
Elementary lying along SR-104; proposed for a
change in zoning from RS-6 and RS-12 to "RS-MP,
Single Family Master Plan;"
• An extensive RS-12 zoned area lying generally south
of Southwest County Park, east of 94th Ave W, west of
801h Ave W, and extending south to 196th ST SW;
proposed for a change in zoning to "RS-10."
• An RS-12 zoned area lying generally between 8th Ave
S and 98th Ave W from Pine Street to 220th ST SW;
proposed for a change in zoning to "RS-10."
