a. Public hearing on updates to Community Business -Edmonds Way (BC-EW) and Multiple Residential -
Edmonds Way (RM-EW) zoning code in ECDC 16.50 and ECDC 16.30 (AMD20130003)
b. Public Hearing on proposed amendments to Title 23 of the Edmonds Community Development Code to
bring the critical areas regulations into consistency with Best Available Science. In exchange for buffer
enhancement, the proposal would allow for development within the already developed footprint and within
areas physically separated and functionally isolated from the critical area.

a. Continued work on Westgate / Five Corners.
8. New Business: (No public participation)
a. AT&T Mobility and the Busch Law Firm have applied to amend the Edmonds Community Development
Code to address the legal status of existing wireless communication facilities that were built prior to and
just after adoption of Edmonds' original wireless ordinance (AMD20130005).
