a. Work session on proposed amendments to Title 23 of the Edmonds Community Development Code to
bring the critical areas regulations into consistency with Best Available Science. In exchange for buffer
enhancement, the proposal would allow for development within the already developed footprint and within
areas physically separated and functionally isolated from the critical area.
