Thank you for submitting the required documentation requesting the removal of a 17" DBH Douglas fir located on Parcel
#00484500703400, a subdividable vacant lot east of 713 Laurel Street. No critical areas are present on the lot. Based on
the overall risk rating shown on the TRAQ form and criteria per ECDC 23.10.020.1-1, this tree fits hazard tree criteria and
may be removed per ECDC 23.10.040.F.2. No replacement trees are required to be planted per ECDC 23.10.080.B.1.
Feel free to print this email as evidence that the tree removal has been authorized by the City.
