Meeting called to order: 8:03AM
Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: moved by Robert, seconded by Kimberly,
unanimously approved
Public Comment: Pride of Edmonds, asking for input on this year's celebration and
suggestions for next year.
Board Members/Administration in Attendance: Kimberly Koenig, Jen Lawson, Olivia Brown -
Latham, Venus Forteza, Beth Sanger, Robet Boehlke, Jason Arnhill
City of Edmonds Representative in Attendance: Not in attendance
Guests: Liz Morgan (FIELD), Lauri Kunzing (Pride of Edmonds), Christine Harris (Camp
Vintage), Jill Hall (Bench & Board)
President's Report:
Shared office assessment policy. Discussion and fine tuning of the shared coworking
setting, which will result in assessments being sent to the businesses that use Workhorse as
their business address.
Board Members- We have a closed -door position available, as well as some coming up
soon Open Door Beth, Robet, Venus all expiring in April 2024. Several are coming up on the
end of second terms on the board, need to investigate what the term limits are. Start thinking
about prospective board members.
Treasurer's Report: presented by Jason
New Businesses Added to BID: Workhorse members, nothing else to report this month
City Report: Jen reported, Cultural corridor block party at ECA, Aug 26, 3-5pm
Chamber Program: Erica was not in attendance, reported by Jen- Taste this weekend, Car
Show Sept 10, porch fest sept 9, Brouhaha that same weekend, Friday -Sunday
