Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:01 pm.

Approval of Minutes: July 20, 2023 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report.
• Financial Reports - The board went over and discussed the cemetery financial reports for the past seven
months.
Sales Report - Sales and Services report as of July 31, 2023.

• Walk Back in Time Debrief: The board discussed a recap of the event, and also discussed subjects going
forward.
• Board Monument: Updating the monument is in process.
• East Gate (on 100th): In process.
• Advertising update: The board discussed the new ads for the Beacon and My Edmonds News.
New Business:
• Other New Business: The board continued to discuss an invitation received by the board from a
PorchFest Team member to join this year's PorchFest
Announcements:
• Lin announced that she won't be able to attend September's board meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:42pm.
Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the
Frances Anderson Center.
