I. ROLL CALL & ABSENCES
Sophie moved to call the meeting to order at 6:05 PM.
Sophie read the land acknowledgment statement.
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Lucy made a motion to approve this week's agenda; no alterations. Seconded by Joelle. The
motion passed unanimously.
III. PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment
IV. ICEBREAKER
We talked about the most exciting part and the most boring part of summer.
We shared our experience.
V. LOGO WORK
We designed the Edmonds Youth Commission logo together.
We decided to continue designing in the next meeting.
VI. CREATE IG POSTS
We discussed what we should post on instagram (whether or not we should have posts about
cultural holidays).
VI I. RECRUITMENT
Let everyone know about the youth commission so we have more people.
Be sure to talk to, message, send an application to 3 peers today.
Application closes on 9/19.
