1. Call to order
Mr. Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. Approve agenda.
Mr. Taylor provided a printed agenda for the meeting (see attachment A). The agenda provided was
approved unanimously.
3. Meeting Minute Approval
The Commission reviewed the meeting minutes from the 9/19/2023 Public Hearing. The Minutes
for 9/19/2023 were approved unanimously, with one minor typographical correction noted.
4. Public Hearing
The Public Hearing was open for in person and zoom comments. There were no commenters in
either format.
5. Next Steps and Action Items
The Commission reviewed the edited paragraph discussed in the previous meeting. Mr. Taylor
confirmed he would send Ms. Wagener a final version of the Commission's decision letter by
9/21/2023.
Mr. Taylor did a sample presentation of the PowerPoint that will be presented at the City Council on
9/26/2023. The Commission agreed that the presentation did not need any changes.
Ms. Wagener stated she would do the following:
• Confirm with Bill once the City Attorney reviews the Commission's decision letter, as per
City Code.
• Load the Agenda Memo for City Council, including the Commission's decision letter and the
PowerPoint Presentation.
• Notice the upcoming final meeting set for 9/27/2023.

Mr. Taylor adjourned the meeting at 6:00 PM.
