I. ROLL CALL & ABSENCES
Joelle moved to call the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
Charlie read the land acknowledgment statement.
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA & APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
Joelle made a motion to approve this week's agenda; no alterations. Seconded by Charlie. The
motion passed unanimously.
III. PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment
IV. ICEBREAKER
We played 2 truths and 1 lie.
We designed the logo together.
We voted for the logo 1 through 5.
It was decided that we would carry on a further vote at a later time to decide between the final
two logos.
VI. CREATE IG POSTS
Everyone creates an information page for instagram posts in a given template.
Mara created a template for instagram posts.
We edited our introduction post during the meeting.
VI I. BRAINSTORM PROJECTS
Will continue in the next meeting.
VIII. FINAL COMMENTS
Everyone should come to the next meeting because we're voting for leadership roles.
