Dear Christi and Todd,
Wetland Resources, Inc (WRI) visited the above referenced project site on October 25, 2023 to
verify correct installation of mitigation measures. These measures are detailed in the Addendum to
Critical Area Study, Habitat Assessment, and Buffer Mitigation Plan for 8229 Talbot Road (WRI, dated
December 8, 2022).
A total of 590 square feet of buffer enhancement was required to compensate for impacts
associated with an addition to the existing single-family residence. Buffer enhancement plantings
have been installed. The following plants were installed in the buffer enhancement areas:

Some species substitutions were made, and WRI agrees that the species and quantities installed
are appropriate and will provide equivalent functions. Overall, the quantity of plants installed
exceeds the quantity specified in the approved mitigation plan. Photos of the planting areas are
enclosed. This project has been implemented successfully, and the mitigation installation is
deemed complete.
