Mr. Bjorback,
I refer to the above -mentioned property located at 317 3rd Ave. S., Edmonds, Washington. I
am the building envelope architect of record and have provided permit drawings to the City of
Edmonds that in my professional judgment are appropriate to satisfy the requirements of RCW
64.55.005 through 64.55.090 (HB-1848) for the areas of Work. The project was granted a
building permit No. BLDG2022-1291. Our firm has also provided intermittent third -party
inspections of The Work. Where noted during the inspections, items not compliant with the
design documents were brought up to the attention of the Contractor who was responsible to
make timely corrections.
It is my professional opinion that the Owner -approved scope of work has been completed in
general compliance with the approved design documents.
