Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

Approval of Minutes: September 21, 2023 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report.

• Board Monument: Updating is still in process.
• Cemetery Gates: Cara reported that the north gate repair is to be finished later today. The board
continued discussions about the east gate.
• Walk Back in Time 2024 event: The board discussed plans for the event and will continue to do so at
November's meeting.
New Business:
• 2024 Board Officers: The board discussed the various officer positions on the board, as we will be voting
on these at the November board meeting.
• Other New Business: The board began discussions about the 2024 Memorial Day event.
Announcements:
• Angie will attend our next board meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:54pm.
Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the
Frances Anderson Center.
