1. CALL TO ORDER

The special Edmonds City Council meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Mayor Nelson in the
Council Chambers, 250 5' Avenue North, Edmonds, and virtually.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council then convened in executive session to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price, per RCW 42.30.110(1)(b).
The executive session concluded at 6:50 p.m.
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The meeting reconvened at 6:50 p.m.
4. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
