The special Edmonds City Council meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tern Tibbott in
the Council Chambers, 250 5' Avenue North, Edmonds, and virtually.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION, RCW
42.30.110(1)(D
The Council then convened in executive session to discuss pending or potential litigation per RCW
42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 25 minutes.
The executive session concluded at 5:55 p.m.
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The meeting reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
4. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
