I. ROLL CALL & ABSENCES
Mara moved to call the meeting to order at 6:07 PM.
Joelle read the land acknowledgment statement.
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA & MEETING MINUTES
Mara made a motion to approve this week's agenda; no alterations. Seconded by Joanna. The
motion passed unanimously.
III. PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment
IV. INSTAGRAM POLL/POST IDEAS
Posts ideas: different holidays or cold weather shelter
Charlie - make instagram posts about different holidays
V. SPEED TALKING WITH SENIORS
Mara made a motion to approve having speed talking with seniors on January 16, 2023. 4:00 -
5:15 pm. Seconded by Joelle.
Survey should include: Name, school, grades (age 13-19), email, our goal (looking for youth to
interact with seniors)
Decide at later date if we need instagram post or not
December 13th: invite Mitchelle Burke (Director of Social, Recreation and Education
Programming Edmonds Waterfront Center)
Come up with questions to ask seniors
