On the 16th day of January, 2024, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, passed
Ordinance No. 4339. A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the title, provides
as follows:
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE EXTERIOR OF THE RESIDENCE KNOWN AS THE
BEESON HOUSE LOCATED AT 116 -4 TH A VENUE NORTH, EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
FOR INCLUSION ON THE EDMONDS REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES, AND
DIRECTING THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OR THEIR DESIGNEE
TO DESIGNATE THE SITE ON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WITH AN "HR"
DESIGNATION, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
