Treasurer's Report: presented by Jason, nothing to report New Businesses Added to BID: Main Street Tattoo, The Social Chain LLC, Johnny Mo's Pizza City Report: Todd- Budget is in review, will be approved soon. Most ARPA funds have been moved into the general fund, except $250K for business grants. New administration will result in lots of changes most likely. We requested that the new mayor come to a board meeting to introduce himself. Bike club has proposed an event in 2024, looking for a date and location. Small circuit race, summertime. Investigating the impact to businesses and visitation. Looking at shuttles for spectators. Could be a big draw. Chamber Program: Erica was not in attendance. Lisa brought up Chamber Wish Foundation, needs for board members. Committee Updates Marketing: Pending City Budget approval, Contractor budget for $6600, photography for $7200, Digital marketing $5500 Pending city budget approval, moved by Beth, seconded by Jason, discussion by Venus regarding diversity marketing. Approved unanimously. Love List marketing campaign, cross promotion video project. Stickers. Open to ideas. Galentines event weekend before Valentines. Need to make decisions asap so that we can implement in time. Lunar New Year is also in February. City is doing lanterns, the Multicultural association is doing something, there will be a night market again. Weather permitting, entertainment and dancers at Civic field. The events will be happening on Saturday Feb 10, so we would want to put any Galentine's event on Friday maybe? February is also Black History Month. How are we going to acknowledge it? A small group will get together to discuss ideas, City will be doing a resolution, Martin Luther King Day event, Juneteenth, nothing specific planned for February. DEIA Commission meeting is Jan 3. • Communication and Outreach: no report.
