Call to Order. Ashley called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm

Approval of Minutes: Minutes of November 16. 2023 approved unanimously.
Chair Report: Discussion was held about the community well collection of ashes.
Guest presenter Annie Few of the Parks Department attended and presented about a
need for mini excavator using Fund 137.
STAFF/ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT: Board discussed the year-to-date financial
reports and the cemetery sales.
Sales Report -Sales and Services report as of December 31, 2023.

OLD BUSINESS Memorial Day update was given by Richard Mann â–ºogarding a
potential speaker. Further discussion will be held next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS/ANNOUNCEMENTS: Richard Mann made the motion to approve
the purchase of the mini excavator. Joan Longstaff seconded and Ashley called fa the
,.ate Unanimous approval for purchase.
