Call to Order: Ashley called the meeting to order at 4:01.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes were seconded and approved.

Staff/Administrative Report: We looked at January and February
expenditures.

Old Business: Melissa reviewed our Memorial Day program plans. We have a
drummer, a piper and taps organized. There will be a sing -along portion this
year not a choral group.
We are awaiting news of the essay contest and winner. We will be reaching
out to local boy scout and girl scout troops for their participation.
Byron shared his research of Oddfellows and Fraternal organizations for our
Walk Back in Time theme.
New: Business/Announcements:
Ashley reports that we will get the same rates as this year for our marketing.
We will also look into using ECA as an advertising
