To Whom it May Concern:
We visited the site on July 18, 2022 to review the framing and roofing repairs that had been
installed and determined that those repairs were in general accordance with the permitted
repair drawings titled "Point Edwards Condominiums Building 31 Entry and Unit 31-214
Repairs" dated June 8, 2022.
Afterward, we discussed the scope of work performed by McLeod Construction related to
the installation of thermal insulation and fire -resistive components. We also reviewed
photographs provided by McLeod Construction of the completed work.
Based on our site visit, our discussion with McLeod Construction, and our review of
photographs from McLeod Construction, we believe that the repairs have been performed in
general accordance with the repair drawings for the project.
