EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL APPROVED MINUTES
January 26, 2016
The Edmonds City Council Special Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Earling in
the Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.

1. CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING REAL ESTATE
ACQUISITION PER RCW 42.30.110(1)(B) AND PENDING OR POTENTIAL
LITIGATION PER RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
Mayor Earling announced that the City Council would recess into an executive session to discuss
real estate acquisition per RCW 42.30.110(1)(b) and potential litigation per RCW
42.30.110(1)(i). He stated that the executive session was scheduled to last approximately 30
minutes and would be held in the Jury Meeting Room.
