The City Council Special Meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Mayor Earling in the
Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.

1. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS FOR CITY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
The City Council adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room and met with Mr. William Phipps, a
candidate for confirmation to the Citizens’ Tree Board, to discuss his desire and qualifications to
serve on the Board.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
