WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has experienced storm and/or other damage that has
qualified it for federal and/or state emergency or disaster relief; and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of said relief is contingent upon the City of Edmonds
designating an official representative as the point contact for purposes of making decisions on behalf of
the City in relation to the receipt of federal or state funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
ASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS.
