Resolution 1281WHEREAS, on August 9, 2012, the City of Edmonds ("City") received four
(4) bids from contractors to construct the Main Street Decorative Lighting and Sidewalk
Enhancements Project;
WHEREAS, after review of the bid documents, it was determined that all
bids contained errors in the documents submitted; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined to reject all bids received for the
Main Street Decorative Lighting and Sidewalk Enhancements Project; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
Section 1. All of the four (4) bids received by the City for the Main Street
Decorative Lighting and Sidewalk Enhancements Project are hereby rejected.
