A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, APPOINTING DEANNA
DAWSON AS THE CITY OF EDMONDS
REPRESENTATIVE TO SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT AREA CORPORATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND STEVE BERNHEIM AS
ALTERNATE.
WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area
Corporation requires formal designation of its City representative, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the appointment of Deanna
Dawson to such Board would be in the best interest of the City, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Deanna Dawson is hereby appointed as the representative
of the City of Edmonds on the Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area
Corporation Board of Directors for calendar year 2008 or until a new representative is
named.
Section 2. In the event that Deanna Dawson is unwilling or unable to
serve, Steve Bernheim is hereby appointed as an alternate to serve on behalf of the
City for calendar year 2008 or until a new alternate is named.
RESOLVED this 8th day of January, 2008.
