A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, APPOINTING A
COUNCILMEMBER TO THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY
HEALTH DISTRICT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Health District Board requires formal
designation of its City representative, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the appointment of
Councilmember Richard Marin to such Board would be in the best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby appoints Councilmember Richard
Marin as its appointee to the Snohomish County Health District Board for the calendar
year 2007 and thereafter until such time as the Council shall make a new appointment.
RESOLVED this 2nd day of January, 2007.
