WHEREAS, the City has reviewed Omega Contractors, Inc.'s request ill
2 Replacement Project and advertise the project for construction bids a second time; now,
Section 1. All of the six (6) bids received by the City for the LiftStation 2
Replacement Project are hereby rejected; and
Project is hereby authorized.
RESOLVED this 2 1 st day of June, 2011.
