Council with the information needed to allow for a more complete policy deliberation. Such
steps may include approaching the third party administrator and/or broker marketplace to test the
proposed financial model, working with the city attorney to consider legal action as may be
needed to acquire claims data of City employees for the purposes of pricing self -insured models,
etc.
