EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

The City Council Special Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Earling in the
Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds. The Council then convened in the Jury
Meeting Room.
