RESOLUTION NO. 1107
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE REVIEW OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF 81h
AVE. N., NORTH OF SPRAGUE ST.
WHEREAS, an applicant has submitted a street vacation request for a portion of
81h Ave. N. just north of Sprague St., and,
WHEREAS, ECDC 20.70.070 requires that a resolution be passed that establishes
a hearing date not more than 60 days and not less then 20 days from the date of the resolution,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the requirements of ECDC 20.70.070, the City Council
hereby sets a public hearing on the proposed street vacation. The hearing is set for 7:00 PM on
October 18, 2005, or as soon thereafter as the public may be heard. Said date is not more than
sixty days nor less than twenty days after the date of passage of the resolution.
