RESOLUTION NO. 1022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING LICENSE AND
PROCESSING FEES FOR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT
FACILITIES, MANAGERS AND ENTERTAINERS.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds lawfully regulates adult entertainment facilities
through, inter alia, requiring licenses for such facilities, as well as for the managers and
entertainers employed thereby; and
WHEREAS, ECC 4.52.090 provides that the annual license fee for adult
entertainment facilities shall be established by resolution; and
WHEREAS, ECC 4.52.100 provides that the annual license fee for managers and
entertainers employed by adult entertainment facilities shall be established by resolution; and
WHEREAS, ECC 4.52.060 authorizes the City to impose a fee for the processing
of adult entertainment facility licenses; and
WHEREAS, ECC 4.52.100 authorizes the City to impose a fee for the processing
of adult entertainment manager and entertainer licenses; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The following fees shall be added to the City of Edmonds Fee
Schedule and administered by the City Clerk:
Adult Entertainment Facility License (annual):
Adult Entertainment Manager License (annual):
Adult Entertainment Entertainer License (annual):
Adult Entertainment Facility Preliminary License Processing Fee:
Adult Entertainment Manager Preliminary License Processing Fee:
Adult Entertainment Entertainer Preliminary License Processing Fee:
