A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY ATTORNEY TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
NECESSARY TO SECURE A LOAN FROM SNOHOMISH
COUNTY TO COVER EDMONDS SHARE OF THE SNOCOM
REMODEL AND EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds is a member of SNOCOM, and is responsible
for a portion of the financing of SNOCOM; and
WHEREAS, on September 21, 1999, the Council approved expenditure of City of
Edmonds funds to pay its prorated portion of a necessary expansion and remodel of SNOCOM's
facilities; and
WHEREAS, funds to cover Edmonds share of SNOCOM's remodel and
expansion are being borrowed from Snohomish County and Edmonds now needs to complete the
required documentation with Snohomish County to complete this loan. NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby delegates to the Mayor and the City Attorney the
authority to sign on the City of Edmonds behalf those documents as are necessary to secure from
Snohomish County a loan to cover the Edmonds share of the SNOCOM remodel and expansion.
