CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 963
A RESOLUTION of the City of Edmonds, Washington, fixing a time and
place for hearing on the final assessment rolls for Local Improvement Districts
Nos. 215 and 216 and directing that notice thereof be given in the manner required
by law.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 215, which was
created and established by Ordinance No. 3233 passed by the City Council on December 1, 1998,
has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the
date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 216, which was
created and established by Ordinance No. 3243 passed by the City Council on March 16, 1999, has
been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the
date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, that the public hearings on the final assessment rolls for Local Improvement
Districts Nos. 215 and 216 will be held before the City Council at . 7:00 p.m., local time, in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, 121 — 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, Washington on November 23,
1999. The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as
required by law.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, at a special open
public meeting thereof, of which due notice was given as provided by law, on the 1St day of
November, 1999.
