RESOLUTION NO. 964
A RESOLUTION of the City of Edmonds, Washington, fixing a time and
place for hearings on the final assessment rolls for Local Improvement Districts
Nos. 215 and 216, directing that notice thereof be given in the manner required by
law and repealing Resolution No. 963.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 215, which was
created and established by Ordinance No. 3233 passed by the City Council on December 1, 1998,
has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the
date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 216, which was
created and established by Ordinance No. 3243 passed by the City Council on March 16, 1999, has
been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the
date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 963 adopted by the City on November 1, 1999, called for such
hearings to be held on November 23, 1999, for LIDS Nos. 215 and 216, but publication of the
notices could not occur in time to satisfy statutory notice requirements, and it is therefore necessary
to fix a new date for the hearings thereon before the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON
Section 1. The public hearings on the final assessment rolls for Local Improvement
Districts Nos. 215 and 216 will be held before the City Council at 7:00 p.m., local time, in the
Plaza Meeting Room, Edmonds Library, 650 Main Street, Edmonds, Washington on

December 7, 1999. The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and
publication as required by law.
Section 2. Resolution No. 963 adopted on November 1, 1999, should be and is
hereby repealed.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, at a regular open
public meeting thereof, on the 9th day of November, 1999.
