of the 50th Anniversary of the City of Hekin.a.n, a delegation from Edmonds was invited to participate
in Hekinan's celebration activities, and the warm, generous hospitality of the people of Hekina.n and
the exchange of art and cultural traditions was an extraordinary experience; and
